Kaya FM's 2 Strangers and a Wedding, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not responsible or liable for any claim, cost, loss or expense whatsoever in respect of:

a) Any injury to participants and including any injury resulting in mental or physical illness whether temporary or permanent and injury resulting in death.

b) loss of earning or earning capacity

c) any impairment of enjoyment of life

d) loss of or damage to property and personal belongings

e) pain and suffering by and/or any loss or damage to a third party of any kind whatsoever arising out of participation in the activity and participants agree that this deed may be pleaded in bar to any such claim.


Each Contestant acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) he or she may be required by 2 Strangers and a Wedding, in its absolute discretion, to:

(i) participate in promotional activities for the benefit of Kaya FM (including participating in a sound recording, photograph, video or film session); and

(ii) that he or she will not, without the prior written consent of Kaya FM (which may be given or withheld in its absolute discretion) participate in any other media activities, promotions or events for the purpose of or which involve discussion, commenting on, expressing a view or giving an account of the Competition.

(iii) he or she will be liable to take a life style test.


Each Contestant acknowledges and agrees that Kaya FM has the right to use any materials generated in connection with a Contestant's participation in the Competition in any medium and in any manner it sees fit.

I acknowledge that I ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVITY and that such acknowledgment is a precondition to taking part in any capacity in the Activity.

I warrant that I am over the age of 25 years.

I warrant that I am currently single and am not engaged, married, separated, in a de facto relationship, betrothed or otherwise in a non-platonic relationship with any other person.
